Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the games, applications and website (the “Services”) provided by No Competition Infinity Games (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or playing any of our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. We keep all other rights.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute our games or their assets;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Services, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted;
• Use cheats, bots, memory editors, modified clients, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage or breaks leaderboards;
• Interfere with the Services, our servers, or other players’ enjoyment of them;
• Use the Services for anything unlawful, or in breach of Google Play’s policies.

We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of this section.

3. Ownership

All game content — code, artwork, characters, music, sound, text, trademarks and the “No Competition Infinity Games” name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

4. Purchases and virtual items

Some games offer optional in-app purchases, processed by Google Play under Google’s own terms. Virtual items, currency and unlocks are a licence to use them inside the game — they have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the game.

Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us as well and we will do our best to help.

5. Advertising

Free games may display advertising. Ads come from third-party networks, and we do not control and are not responsible for the content of individual ads or the sites they lead to. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising identifiers are handled.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, rebalance or discontinue any game or feature at any time. We may end support for a title, or remove it from stores. We will try to give reasonable notice where a change materially affects players, but we cannot guarantee any game will remain available indefinitely.

7. Your content

If you send us feedback, suggestions or bug reports, you grant us a free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use them to improve the Services, without obligation to you. Please do not send us confidential information.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost progress. Our total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply to you.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
