Use this page to request deletion of an account and associated player data for any game published by No Competition Infinity Games on Google Play or the Apple App Store.

support@nocompetitioninfinity.com
with the subject line “CrazyWarz Account Deletion Request”
and your Player ID in the message.
1. How to submit a request
- Select your game above.
- Copy your Player ID from your in-game profile.
- Use the email link above or email support@nocompetitioninfinity.com.
- Include your Player ID, display name (if set), and a sentence confirming you want the account and associated data deleted.
We will acknowledge the request and may ask for information needed to verify that it came from the account holder. This prevents someone else from deleting your progress.
2. Finding your Player ID
Open CrazyWarz → Profile. Your Player ID appears on the profile screen and can be copied with a tap. If you have uninstalled the game, email us with your display name and approximate last-played date. We will try to locate the account, but deletion may not be possible if we cannot reliably identify it.
3. Deleting from inside the game
Where available, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account in CrazyWarz. The web option remains available if you uninstalled the game, cannot sign in, or cannot access the in-game deletion option.
4. Data that is deleted
After verification, we permanently delete data associated with your Player ID, including:

| Game records | Leaderboard entries, scores, display name, avatar, matches and statistics linked to your Player ID |
| Support data | Account-related support correspondence, subject to the retention periods below |
Deletion is permanent. Deleted progress and leaderboard records cannot be restored.
5. Data that is kept, and for how long

6. How long it takes
- Acknowledgement: within 3 working days.
- Deletion: within 30 days after verification, usually sooner.
- Backup removal: within a further 30 days.
