Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026 · Effective: 8 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how No Competition Infinity Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit our website or use any of our mobile games and applications (together, the “Services”).
We built our games to be played, not to be mined for data. We keep the information we handle to the minimum needed to run, support and improve the Services. By using the Services you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

1. Who we are
No Competition Infinity Games is an independent game studio that develops and publishes mobile games and applications, distributed primarily through the Google Play Store. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we act as the data controller for the information described in this Policy.
You can reach us at any time at support@nocompetitioninfinity.com.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us directly
- Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to answer you.
- Optional in-game names. Some games let you enter a nickname for a leaderboard or save file. Please do not use your real name — a nickname is enough.
- Prize claims. If you claim a reward on our claim page, you give us your email address, your player ID, your country (voucher codes are region-locked) and a screenshot of your in-game profile. We use this only to verify the claim and send your voucher, we do not use it for marketing, and we delete the screenshot and the claim correspondence within 12 months of the claim being closed. Please black out anything private before you screenshot — we only need your player ID and your result.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you use our games or website, limited technical information may be collected automatically:
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Device & technical data | Device model, operating system version, language, region, screen size, app version | To make the game run correctly on your device and to reproduce bugs |
| Crash & diagnostic data | Crash stack traces, error logs, performance timings | To find and fix crashes and slowdowns |
| Gameplay & usage data | Levels started or finished, session length, feature taps, scores | To understand which parts of a game work and which need rebalancing |
| Account & sign-in data | A Unity Authentication player ID; where you sign in, an opaque token and account identifier from Google Play Games Services (Android) or Sign in with Apple / Game Center (iOS) | To give your progress an identity that survives reinstalling, and to link it across your devices |
| Cloud Save data | Saved progress, unlocks, in-game currency balances and settings, stored against your player ID in Unity Cloud Save | To restore your game on a new device or after a reinstall |
| Leaderboard data | Your submitted scores, your chosen display name and your player ID | To rank players against each other and show the leaderboard in-game |
| Advertising identifiers | Google Advertising ID (AAID), approximate (city-level) location derived from IP | To show ads and, where permitted, limit how often you see the same ad |
| Purchase data | Confirmation that a purchase completed, the product ID, and an order token | To unlock what you bought and to restore purchases |
2.3 Accounts, sign-in and cloud save
Some of our games — including CrazyWarz — use Unity Authentication to give your progress an identity. This creates a player ID: a random string that identifies your save file. It is not your name and it is not your email address.
- Anonymous sign-in. By default a player ID is created for you automatically, tied to the app installation. You do not have to give us anything to play.
- Google Play Games Services (Android). If you choose to link your account, Google confirms your Play Games identity to Unity Authentication over OAuth. We receive an opaque account identifier so we can recognise you again — we never receive your Google password, and we do not read your Gmail, contacts or Drive.
- Sign in with Apple / Game Center (iOS). Where an iOS version is offered, the same OAuth flow runs through Apple. We receive an opaque Apple-issued identifier only. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email” option, we never see your real address.
Unity Cloud Save. Your progress, unlocks, in-game currency balances and settings are saved on your device and, where the game offers it, mirrored to Unity Cloud Save against your player ID. This is what lets you reinstall the game or move to a new phone without losing your progress.
Leaderboards. If you post a score, your display name, score and player ID are stored on a leaderboard that other players can see. Please choose a nickname rather than your real name — a leaderboard is public by design. You can ask us to remove a leaderboard entry at any time (see section 11).
Where a game uses Google Play Games Services for its own cloud saves instead, that backup sits in your own Google account and is controlled by you and Google, not by us.
2.4 Online multiplayer
Games with an online mode — including CrazyWarz — use Photon (Photon Fusion and Photon Realtime, operated by Exit Games GmbH) to connect players to each other. Multiplayer only works by sending data between your device and a game server, so when you enter an online match the following is processed:
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Network information | Your IP address, the port your device connects from, your approximate region derived from that IP, and which Photon regional server you are routed to | To establish and keep the connection, to put you in a nearby region so the match is playable, and to block abuse |
| Connection & session data | Ping and latency, packet loss, connection quality, session and room IDs, when you joined and left, disconnect reasons | To run the match, diagnose lag and dropped games, and balance server load |
| Player identifiers | Your Unity player ID and your in-game nickname or display name | To identify you inside a room, show you on the scoreboard, and match you to the right team |
| Gameplay data | Your position, movement, inputs, actions, weapon and item state, health, score, kills and match result, exchanged live with the other players in your match | To keep every player's copy of the match in sync — this is what multiplayer is |
| In-match communication | Quick-chat phrases or emotes you send, where a game offers them | To deliver them to the other players in your match |
Other players can see your nickname, your avatar, your score and your actions in the match. They cannot see your IP address, your email address or your account details. Your IP address is visible to Photon and to us as connection metadata — it is not shown to other players and we do not use it to identify you personally or to build a profile of you.
Photon acts as our processor for this data. It is held only as long as the match and its diagnostics require: live match state exists only for the duration of the room and is discarded when the room closes, and connection logs are kept on Photon's own short rolling schedule. Photon operates servers in several regions worldwide and your traffic is routed to the region closest to you — see section 12 on international transfers.
If you never play online, none of the above applies to you. Single-player modes do not open a Photon connection.
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect, ask for, or store:
- Your name, postal address, phone number, or government identification;
- Your payment card number, bank details, or any financial credentials — all purchases are processed by Google Play and we never see your payment information;
- Precise GPS location, your contacts, your call or SMS history, your photos, your microphone or camera input;
- Passwords for any account, on our Services or elsewhere.
- Voice chat, or any recording of your microphone, in online matches;
- Your IP address for anything beyond connecting you to a match and keeping it stable — we do not use it to pinpoint your location, to identify you personally, to advertise to you, or to track you across other apps, and we never share it with other players.
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we never have.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- Provide, operate and maintain the Services;
- Create and maintain your player account, and recognise you when you sign back in;
- Save your progress to the cloud and restore it on your devices;
- Rank your scores on leaderboards and show them to other players;
- Connect you to online matches, match you with other players, and keep the match in sync;
- Process in-app purchases through Google Play Billing and restore what you bought;
- Diagnose crashes, fix bugs and improve performance and game balance;
- Display advertising through Google AdMob and measure whether it worked;
- Respond to your support requests;
- Detect fraud, cheating and abuse, and protect the security of the Services;
- Comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (GDPR). Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (running the game you asked to play), our legitimate interests (fixing crashes, preventing abuse, improving our games), your consent (personalised advertising, where consent is required), and legal obligation (record-keeping, responding to lawful requests). You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Third-party services
We use a small number of established third-party providers. Each acts under its own privacy policy, and we recommend reading them. Only the providers actually integrated into a given game apply to that game.
| Provider | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Unity Authentication | Creates and manages your player ID, and handles Google Play Games and Apple OAuth sign-in | unity.com/legal |
| Unity Cloud Save | Stores your saved progress against your player ID so it survives reinstalling | unity.com/legal |
| Unity Leaderboards | Stores and ranks submitted scores with your display name and player ID | unity.com/legal |
| Photon (Exit Games GmbH) — Fusion & Realtime | Online multiplayer networking: connects players to each other and relays live match data. Processes your IP address, connection quality, player ID, nickname and in-match gameplay data. | photonengine.com/Privacy |
| Google Play Games Services | Optional Android sign-in (OAuth) and, in some titles, achievements and cloud saves | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Apple (Sign in with Apple / Game Center) | Optional iOS sign-in (OAuth), where an iOS version is offered | apple.com/legal/privacy |
| Google Play Services & Play Billing | App distribution, updates and in-app purchases (IAP). Google processes the payment; we receive only a confirmation, the product ID and an order token. | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google AdMob | Advertising in free games, including rewarded and interstitial ads | support.google.com/admob |
| Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) | Aggregated usage analytics — sessions, level progression, retention and which features are used | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash and error reporting | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Unity Technologies (engine & ads) | Game engine services and, in some titles, Unity Ads | unity.com/legal |
5.1 In-app purchases
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. You pay Google, not us. We never see your card number, bank details or billing address — we receive only a confirmation that a purchase completed, the product ID, and an order token, which we use to unlock what you bought and to restore it if you reinstall. Refunds are handled through Google Play under Google’s refund policy.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or if it is necessary to protect our rights, our players, or the public. If our studio is ever acquired or merged, information may transfer to the acquiring party under this same Policy.
6. Advertising & identifiers
Some of our games are free and supported by advertising, served through Google AdMob (and, in some titles, Unity Ads). Ad networks may use your device’s advertising identifier to select ads, cap how often an ad repeats, and measure performance. Ads are not targeted using your player ID, your saved progress or your leaderboard scores.
You are in control of this identifier:
- Android: Settings → Google → All services → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
- iOS (if applicable): Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), we present a consent message before any personalised advertising or non-essential analytics. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalised (contextual) — and the game will work exactly the same.
7. Device permissions
Our games request as few permissions as possible. Typically only INTERNET and
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE are needed — to load ads, sync leaderboards, connect you to online
matches and check for content updates. If a specific game ever needs more, Android will ask you at the moment it is
needed, and you can decline or revoke it later in your device settings. Declining an optional
permission never blocks the core game.
8. Children’s privacy
We take children’s privacy seriously and design our games to comply with the Google Play Families Policy, the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the GDPR provisions covering children.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
- In any game rated for children, or for any player we know or believe to be a child, we disable personalised advertising and serve only child-appropriate, non-personalised ads, and we do not use advertising identifiers for tracking.
- We do not include social features, open chat, or external links designed to be followed by children. Online matches show only a nickname, and there is no voice chat and no free-text messaging between players.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@nocompetitioninfinity.com and we will delete it promptly, normally within 30 days.
9. Retention & security
We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for.
- Your account, Cloud Save data and leaderboard entries are kept for as long as the account exists, because that is the point of them — so your progress is still there when you come back. They are deleted when you ask us to delete your account (see section 11).
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data is retained by Google on rolling schedules — typically between 2 and 14 months — after which it is deleted or aggregated so it can no longer identify a device.
- Multiplayer match data exists only while the match is running and is discarded when the room closes. Photon keeps connection logs, including IP addresses, on its own short rolling schedule for operations and abuse prevention. We do not keep a long-term record of the IP addresses you connect from.
- Support emails are kept while your issue is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and by simply not collecting what we do not need. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct information that is inaccurate;
- Delete your information (“right to be forgotten”) — see section 11 for how to delete your game account;
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including profiling for ads;
- Port your data to another service in a machine-readable form;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise a right, email support@nocompetitioninfinity.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask for information to verify your request, but only what is necessary. You can also delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in your device settings.
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
11. Account deletion
You can ask us to delete your player account and the data attached to it at any time, for any reason, and you do not have to tell us why.
CrazyWarz: use Profile → Settings → Delete Account inside the game, or follow the instructions on our CrazyWarz Account Deletion page, which also covers how to request deletion after you have uninstalled the app.
Other games: email support@nocompetitioninfinity.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”, telling us which game you play and your player ID (shown in your in-game profile). We need the player ID to find the right account — without it we may not be able to identify you.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- your Unity Authentication account and player ID, and any linked Google Play Games or Apple sign-in;
- your Unity Cloud Save progress, unlocks, in-game currency and settings;
- your leaderboard entries, scores and display name;
- your multiplayer nickname and any match history we hold against your player ID. Photon's own connection logs are not tied to your game profile and expire on Photon's rolling schedule;
- support correspondence about the account, once the request is closed.
We acknowledge requests within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days, with encrypted backups purged within a further 30 days. A small amount of data survives deletion where the law requires it — purchase and transaction records for 7 years, a record of the deletion request itself for 24 months — along with anonymised aggregate analytics that cannot be traced back to you.
Deletion is permanent. Progress, purchases and leaderboard standing cannot be restored afterwards, and reinstalling the game creates a brand-new account. Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete your cloud account — you have to ask.
Deleting your account with us does not delete data held by Google or Apple in your own account (Play Games saves, Play purchase history, advertising identifier). Those are managed in your Google or Apple account settings.
12. International transfers
Our providers operate globally, so information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. In particular, Photon runs multiplayer servers in several regions and routes your match to the one closest to you, so your connection data is processed wherever that region sits. Where information is transferred out of the EEA or UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
13. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer or data protection law of your own country.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our games evolve or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice inside the app or on this website before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
